Couldn’t recommend NE1 Fitness Club or Josh as a coach enough! I was anxious about stepping into a world of fitness, as I felt I’d never really done it ‘properly’ before. Josh put my worries at ease with such a positive and structured approach to fitness, incorporating a mixture of strength & conditioning and HIIT classes. It can be daunting attending a new gym, and group classes, but the community is so strong at NE1 and the people that attend are lovely. Plus, it’s very good value for what you get. I had to move away from Newcastle because of work commitments, otherwise I’d still be happily training with Josh and the NE1 team. My time here taught me fitness habits for life, and I made some great friends. Go for it, have that chat, and start training!
